Privacy policy
1. What we collect
Contact details you send us by email. We do not collect data about anyone under 18 through this website.
2. Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to take part in tenders, and to meet our record-keeping duties. We may pass it to the providers that run our email and this website, and to a procuring institution when you are named in a tender we submit. We do not use it for direct marketing.
3. Your rights
You may request access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you. Write to David Ho, Chief Operating Officer, at davidho@toivo-ai.com. We reply within forty days.
4. Retention
We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry, and tender records for as long as the procuring institution requires.
5. Where it is held
Enquiry emails are held in the company’s Microsoft 365 mailbox.

Text and design on this site belong to TOIVO EDTECH GROUP LIMITED. Third-party names appear only where the reference is factual or we hold permission.

Hong Kong law applies. Disputes go to the Hong Kong courts.

Cookie policy
1. What we set
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, sets security cookies (their names start with cf_ or __cf) to filter automated traffic. We do not read them.
2. Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you.
3. Your choice
The site works with cookies blocked. Nothing on it sits behind a consent wall.
4. Third parties
Cloudflare delivers every page and sees your IP address. Fonts are served from this site itself. There is no embedded video, no social widget and no chat script.
5. Changes
If we ever add something that sets a cookie, this page changes before it goes live.

1. Who this covers
Young people under 18 who take part in a challenge through their school or through a partner organisation.
2. What this site collects
Nothing. This site has no student accounts, no sign-up and no student data.
3. Inside the product
When the product runs through a school, student work is held under a written agreement signed with the school before any student joins.
4. Consent
The school collects parental or guardian consent before any student joins. We do not approach students directly.
5. Publication
A piece of student work is shown publicly only with named consent, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time.

1. Where we stand
The target is WCAG 2.2 AA. The colour and type tokens were checked against it before any page was drawn.
2. Already decided
Body text meets 4.5:1 across the site, apart from the brief home-page mouse effect described below. The printable content (contact details, legal text, team and footer) meets 7:1 in the light theme and in print. Two things move. On every page, the header logo shortens to its t mark once you scroll away from the top. On the home page, the background colour drifts slowly as you scroll, and on a computer it spreads softly where the mouse moves; that spread can briefly lower the contrast of nearby text until the pointer moves on. Under reduced-motion settings the logo switches without animation and the background stays still. No information depends on any of it. Nothing on the site needs a mouse.
3. Languages
The site is in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. The legal pages are in English.
4. Tell us
Write to the address on the Contact page. We reply within two working days and will say what we can fix and when.
