WHO WE WORK WITH

Partners

TOIVO has designed different ways of working with companies and organisations, universities and schools.

COMPANIES, HR, CSR AND ESG

Companies as co-builders of young people’s growth.

TOIVO helps companies (including HR, CSR and ESG teams), foundations, chambers of commerce and professional bodies turn real business, social or industry problems into Challenges that students and young people can take part in safely, with educational value and outcomes that can be assessed.

What companies can gain

Co-create a youth Challenge

UNIVERSITIES

From admissions to youth capability and social impact.

TOIVO helps universities build more joined-up support for students’ growth: before they enrol, while they study and as they move into work.

Universities can:

  1. Design subject exploration tasks for secondary students
  2. Have university students serve as peer mentors
  3. Connect service learning, innovation and entrepreneurship, general education and community engagement with real tasks
  4. Co-create Challenges with companies and NGOs
  5. Help students turn subject knowledge into work they can show and into a TOIVO Passport
  6. Build AI literacy, research skills, intercultural communication and social innovation
  7. Let faculties, student affairs, careers centres and community partners see students’ growth together

Beyond grades, TOIVO lets universities see how young people think, revise and collaborate, and how they learn and contribute in the real world.

TOIVO School Agent OS

School-based AI capability

TOIVO School Agent OS lets a school begin with the one problem that is most urgent and most worth tackling:

  1. How can students use AI responsibly while the work stays their own?
  2. How can teachers spend less time on repetitive work and see sooner where students are really stuck?
  3. How can values education, life education and digital wellbeing move from slogans into action?
  4. How can we support subject choice in S3, university planning in S5 and S6, and the move into first year at university?
  5. How can parents understand their child’s abilities and direction beyond grades?
  6. How can Other Learning Experiences (OLE), service, projects, clubs and career exploration become portable evidence?
